We are encouraged by the significant participation of parents who recognize the value of introducing Yoga and Mindfulness meditation to children within our community. In today’s fast-paced environment, these practices serve as essential tools to promote focus across education, sports, and daily activities and to foster mindful, positive relationships among families, friends, and the broader community.
These classes are conducted online in English, free of charge. The program is open to all youth aged 8 to 20 from any location or time zone. Participants may enroll at any time using the following link.

Instruction is provided by young Jeevan Vigyan instructors (Kalyan Mitra), primarily comprised of U.S. high school students, with our youngest instructor currently in middle school.
All instructors receive direct training from reverend gurus L.P. Bhanu Sharma and Ramesh Nepal, founders of Jeevan Vigyan Foundation. Reverend Gurus L.P. Sharma and Ramesh Nepal initiated this mission to spread meditation practices from Nepal—the land of the Himalayas, where saints and sages achieved enlightenment—to a global audience. We believe that empowering our younger generation through these foundational steps will help lead the way toward a brighter future.
