मौन, आत्म-जागरूकता र आन्तरिक शान्तितर्फको ३-दिने यात्रा

दैनिक जीवनको कोलाहलबाट केही समय टाढा भई, मौन साधनाको रूपान्तरणकारी अनुभवमा आफूलाई समर्पित गरौं — सचेत मौनता, आत्मचिन्तन, ध्यान, र आन्तरिक जागरणको एक पवित्र अभ्यास।

प्राकृतिक सौन्दर्यले घेरिएको शान्त रिट्रिट सेन्टरमा आयोजना हुने यस ३-दिने साधना शिविरले मौनता, योग, ध्यान, सजग जीवनशैली, तथा आध्यात्मिक अभ्यासमार्फत आफूसँग पुनः जोडिने अवसर प्रदान गर्नेछ। अनुशासित र शान्त वातावरणमा गरिने यो साधना आत्मिक शान्ति र गहिरो आत्म-अनुभूतिको यात्रा हुनेछ।

सिट संख्या सीमित (केवल ६५ सहभागी) भएकाले इच्छुक साधकहरूलाई समयमै आफ्नो स्थान सुरक्षित गर्न अनुरोध गरिन्छ।

आवास तथा भोजन

दर्ता शुल्कमा निम्न सुविधाहरू समावेश छन्:

  • साझा आवास व्यवस्था
  • दैनिक तीन समय शाकाहारी भोजन:
    • बिहानको खाना
    • दिउँसोको खाना
    • बेलुकाको खाना

सहभागीहरूले अनिवार्य रूपमा ल्याउनुपर्ने सामग्री

  • योगा म्याट (अनिवार्य)
  • सहज तथा मर्यादित पोशाक
  • व्यक्तिगत सरसफाइ सामग्री तथा आवश्यक औषधिहरू
  • आवश्यक परे हल्का कम्बल वा शल

A 3-Day Journey into Silence, Self-Awareness, and Inner Peace

Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in the transformative experience of Maun Sadhana — a sacred practice of conscious silence, self-reflection, meditation, and inner awakening.

Held at a peaceful retreat center surrounded by nature, this 3-day retreat offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through silence, yoga, meditation, mindful living, and spiritual practices in a serene, disciplined environment.

With only limited seats available (65 participants only), we invite sincere seekers to reserve their place early.

 Accommodation & Meals

The registration fee includes:

  • Shared lodging accommodations
  • Three vegetarian meals per day:
    • Breakfast
    • Lunch
    • Dinner

What Participants Must Bring

  • Yoga mat (mandatory)
  • Comfortable and modest clothing
  • Personal toiletries and medications
  • Water bottle
  • Shawl/light blanket if needed
